A new square in the London tapestry

The project’s award-winning architects, Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands and Sheppard Robson, drew inspiration from Fitzrovia’s Edwardian roots and infused it with a contemporary aesthetic to create a timelessly stylish setting.

As the first new square in W1 in over 100 years, Fitzroy Place joins that privileged list of iconic squares across the capital, including Eaton, Cavendish and Bloomsbury. It comprises over 230 private residences, alongside office, restaurant and retail space.
